Plumas Corporation is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, whose mission is to promote the benefits of good land stewardship through education and restoration activities that result in healthy forests, resilient watersheds, and prosperous communities.

COVID-19 UPDATE (10/06/2020) - Staff are working at the office with safety protocols in place, as well as remotely.  Office hours are M-F, 9am - 5pm. Visitors are asked to contact staff via email or phone. Please do not visit the office if you are not feeling well or have recently been out of the county. All visitors are asked to wear a mask. During the field season staff are taking necessary precautions while conducting monitoring and project work. We continue to monitor and adapt as the pandemic evolves. Thank you and Be safe!
Plumas Corporation provides many services, including Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan preparation and implementation, stream/meadow/forest restoration design and construction, and watershed monitoring.

Since 1985, in partnership with the Feather River Cooordinated Resource management group, Plumas Corporation has provided leadership on more than 122 watershed restoration projects.

Plumas Corporation provides fiscal and contracting services to the Plumas County Fire Safe Council, whose mission is to reduce the loss of natural and human made resources caused by wildfire through Firewise community programs and pre-fire activities in Plumas County.
